Fitness with Jess
Join Jess for her inclusive, creative and purposeful approach to strengthening! This is a welcoming, full-body strength class focused on functional movement, dumbbells, and bodyweight — help you move with confidence, build strength, and leave feeling energized and empowered.

Breathwork: May 21
Join Sinead in a powerful circular breath experience that invites deep emotional and physical healing. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. Leave feeling more clear, with a lighter heart. Release stress, process grief, reduce worry and anxiety, let go of pain from old wounds.
